چکیده
Aim: The main objective of this study was to evaluate the determination physical-chemical parameters in bee products: a preliminary investigation from Africa’s most renewed village Tanzania; specifically, presents findings an inquiry that examined pesticide contamination products Kijiji cha Nyuki located Tanzania. measured levels honey harvested selected apiaries.
Material and Methods: A mixed methods approach adopted for collected data both primary secondary were using physical observation survey, interviews, questionnaires, purposive random sampling techniques used select total 104 participants who taken as sample universal populations. Qualitative quantitative analyzed IBM Statistical Package Social Sciences (SPSS) Computer Programme version 25, where statistics aspect determined results obtained questionnaires laboratory experiments. Collected samples at TBS & SGS laboratories.
Results: show all studied areas met quality assurance guidelines stipulated by ministry natural resources tourism suggesting moisture content should not exceed 21%. pH test showed Egypt apiaries had higher 4.3 low 3.54 implying falls within applicable range. Test Hydroxylmethly furfural mg/kg discovered average 13.65 4 out 5, with 107.13 HMF Egypt. Suggesting exception TZS 851:2006 standards national’s 40mg/kg furfural. Finally, reducing sugar inverted % m/m, five per Tanzania Bureau Statistics (TBS) found maximum 68.91 m/m 64.4 minimum. amount physical-mechanical contaminations identified exemption poses no risk consumers.
Contribution Policy Implication: This recommends interventions among farmers beekeepers on safe use pesticides, good hygienic handling, storage practices. It has contributed understanding how regulations outlining insecticides is being implemented, current economic condition farms. calls policymakers rethink ways engaging beekeepers, have ongoing discussion concerned stakeholders about model could be enhance pesticides regulation

Physical-Chemical Parameters of Honey of Stingless Bee (Hymenoptera: Apidae)
The objective of this study was to evaluate the physico-chemical quality of honeys samples of stingless bee (Meliponinae). Physico-chemical analyses were: moisture, color, pH, acidity, electrical conductivity, hydroxymethylfurfural, ashes, diastasic activity, reducing sugars, and sucrose. For the parameters hydroxymethylfurfural, ashes, reducing sugars and sucrose, the samples complied with the...

BACKGROUND The prevalence of allergic reactions due to bee stings in beekeepers varies in different regions of the world. The aim of this study was to evaluate the characteristics of sting reactions and the risk factors for developing systemic reactions in Turkish beekeepers. METHODS A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to 1250 beekeepers to be completed in seven different cities...

"The man has no divine right over the food. He must compete for this with weeds, diseases, insects and other organisms” (Grodner, 1996). With the above quote, Grodner clearly reflects the situation in the area production and processing of food. More than 10.000 species of insects and mites, 1.500 species of fungi and 600 plant species have been identified as harmful to agriculture (Grodner, 199...
